Training Wheels is a company dedicated to quality and diversity in all programs. Alma has trained staff and managers on multiple topics in the Early Childhood Field. She also presents training for the Smart Start for Teachers Program. Her personality has set off excitement and fun in all her training's. Her passion is children of the incarcerated and children who are victims of abuse and she has made a commitment to do as much as she can to make a difference whenever she can. She enjoys what she does to the fullest and her motto is "to make a difference you have to be different". She has taught in the Bexar County Detention Center and started the program "Directors Network" where professionalism and management skills are encouraged while building a bond and foundation with other caregivers in the early childhood field, through learning skills that make us better, and when we work together we grow together! Alma has years of experience delivering training for school districts, conferences, organizations and corporations, presenting locally and at state and national conferences.
